Gift Certificate Policies
The following are our policies on gift certificate use/redemption at The Spa Art:
- Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift certificate and provide the certificate number.
- The Spa Art requires a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling notice for all gift certificate treatments. A same-day cancellation, reschedule, or a no-show will render the gift certificate invalid.
- No refunds, exchanges, transfers or substitutions are allowed.
- The Spa Art gift certificates have no cash value. No cash or refund will be provided for services not used.
