My name is Gina (Jitlada Norris), proud owner of The Spa Art here in Santa Rosa. With a career spanning over 40 years in the health and wellness industry—including 25 years in the United States—I’ve dedicated my life to helping people look and feel their absolute best, both inside and out.

Originally from Thailand, I moved to Sonoma County in 2000, bringing with me a wealth of knowledge and skill earned through years of professional training and hands-on practice. Before relocating to the U.S., I earned certifications in beautician services, aesthetics, and makeup artistry, and spent 18 years in Thailand working with renowned movie stars, singers, and public figures. That time honed my expertise in beauty, skincare, and traditional wellness techniques.

Since arriving in the U.S., I have owned and operated The Best Day Spa, recognized as one of Santa Rosa’s top-rated destinations for relaxation and rejuvenation. The Spa Art is the natural next chapter in my journey—a serene, welcoming space where my passion for quality care, effective treatments, and personalized service comes to life.
